GUIDANCE FOR PERSONAL ACADEMIC TUTORS [PATs]
PAT Summary Guide (PDF)
Brief practical guide to the main functions and boundaries of the PAT role. The summary aims to clarify expectations, provides guidance for meetings between students and PATs and outlines good practice for support and referral procedures.
PAT Extended Guide (MSWord)
The Extended Guide supplements the summary guide by providing further detail on aspects of Personal Academic Tutoring.
Note that the Student Experience Committee is conducting an audit of implementation of the PAT system during 2011-2012 and that updates to these documents will be available towards the end of the Session.

MODULE MANAGEMENT

The module descriptor form includes information about the content
of the module, learning outcomes and experiences and the assessment

Module Evaluation Form (MSWord)
This is the QMU standard form. Questions 11-15 may be adapted to
suit the needs of particular programmes. The form can be administered through WebCT (contact the WebCT team for advice). Instructions can also be provided on how to devise your own module evaluation form on WebCT.
