How to Apply
There are several ways that you can apply for one of the IIHD courses. You can contact the IIHD or you can apply using one of the following methods.
Deadlines:
There is no deadline, but, please apply as early as possible to allow plenty of time for processing, sourcing funding and/or visa applications for courses:
- International Students - We recommend you to apply by end of May for courses starting in September. Apply by the end of September for courses starting in January.
- Home/EU Students - Applications should be submitted as early as possible as processing can take some considerable time.

MSc Courses/PG Diploma (UK)/Other Short Courses:
Applications for these courses are made direct to Queen Margaret University using our Online Application System.
- Select a course from our list of postgraduate courses (International Health) http://www.qmu.ac.uk/prospective_students/postgraduate/postgraduate_list.cfm
- Click on the apply now
 button at the bottom of the course’s information page.
- Follow the onscreen directions
If you are applying for a short course as a Post Graduate student, please select the International Health course and choose your mode of attendance as "associate" and state the name of the course you are applying for in your personal statement.
If you are applying as a TropEd student, please select the International Health course and choose your mode of attendance as "associate". Please also state the name of the course you are applying for and that you are a TropEd student, together with your home institute in your personal statement. Please note that it is not necessary to submit any supporting documents with your application.
